Call it… going above and beyond their duty! Yes... Inna, the owner of City Blossoms did what an exceptional service oriented Business owner did for me.First and foremost, I live in Los Angeles CA so I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter's birthday online. She now lives and work in NYC. Wanted to surprise her, because it is also her first job out of college, so I sent the flowers to her workplace not knowing that she was remotely working the day of delivery. They tried delivering and waited for a good amount of time before they reached her, but she wasn't there and they could not leave it as well. Delivery guy then assured me that they will deliver again next day at the same place. That is unbelievably great service right there! BUT... my daughter was not going to be there again, SO I was stuck with a surprise gone wrong... she couldn't get the flowers. I called the shop after hours because of our time difference... and surprisingly, Inna answered the phone. I told her what had happened and I requested them to deliver the flowers to my daughter's apartment instead. She was so gracious and gladly said that she will take care of it.My daughter Maxine received them the next day! And the flower arrangement was really nice. City Blossoms you’re AWESOME! First time customer, can only imagine the level service if I was a regular….I called inquiring about a house plant for a close relative living in the city. Not knowing what I want I asked the sales lady to text me a picture of the various house plant options available. She was very kind, promptly text the pictures and explained each plant for me. We must have been on the phone 15 minutes discussing the plants….WOW. Thank you. I ordered the plant around 1:30’ish and it was delivered in less thank 2 hours.

Glass window store front beautifully decorated for each season, Love this location staff is absolutely amazing and very helpful when preparing a small or large floral arrangement fresh flowers and a very large variety so you are definitely going to be satisfied.
I live in Colorado and wanted to send flowers to my daughter in law. City Blossoms has a marvelous website, where I found the perfect arrangement to be delivered. The thing is I ordered them after midnight in CO and the arrangement was delivered by lunch in NYC same day! WOW! And my daughter loves it! I can't wait to meet them the next time I'm in New York and will do business with them again!

Had my bridal bouquet done here and they were super responsive and easy to work with. They sent me photos when they started planning the bouquet too, which I really appreciated! Flowers looked great and everyone at the store was so friendly when I picked them up. Can't recommend this place enough!
