Shipping and Return Policies

Same day delivery is available if orders are placed by 12pm. Our dedicated staff delivers locally within all 5 boroughs of NYC. We do not ship outside of NYC, but will happily place an order on your behalf through our trusted network of florists. If you have a delivery request outside of NYC, please contact us at sales@cityblossoms.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at sales@cityblossoms.com to discuss. We accept returns within 3 business days. If you would like to make a return, we offer the option to replace your order with a fresh flower arrangement, or you can choose to receive a refund.
