Shipping Policy:
Same-day delivery is available if orders are placed by 2 PM. Our dedicated staff delivers locally within all five boroughs of NYC. We do not ship outside of NYC, but we are happy to place an order on your behalf through our trusted network of florists. If you have a delivery request outside of NYC, please contact us at sales@cityblossoms.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us at sales@cityblossoms.com within three business days of delivery. All concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement arrangement or a partial refund.
